LO3: Setting up Photoshop and Adobe InDesign Creative Cloud

 

Indesign is the software chosen as its industry standard and will allow me to create a range of features for my page with the most ease. I used my business magazine media pack to determine the size of my magazine. This is because it's commonly used within the genre as it's eye-catching and large enough so that any small text will be easier to read for the older target audience.

Here is a screenshot of me setting up InDesign. I had to change the measurements of the pages to fit my design brief:

We are using Adobe Photoshop as this is also industry standard and because it is lossless file type (used for high quality printing. It is why we have set our resolution to 300) with layers.
